Capacity : 48"  x .040"
Manual includes tricks for bending thicker material with lengths  under 48" (i.e.   1/8" thick by 6" wide strips  etc.)
Weight : 98-103 lb.'s
Shipping weight for assembled brake is ~ 125 lb.
Material: Mild Steel
This is a common low cost grade of steel. Great welding
properties and machines well.
Welding: 1/2-3/4 hour electric welding
TIG or MIG recommended to reduce distortion. Stick weld with  care. ( "skip" weld and take your time )
Radius: knife edge - 1/8"
For aluminum 1/8" radius - knife edge for steel
Building Time: weekend project
( 4 - 8 ) hours depending on available tools and builder experience
